I’ve previously read this book and gave it 5 stars, shouldn’t have reread it… I love the story but it just reads very immature

DNF… didn’t even get past the first few pages
3rd person pov and I just don’t like those. However based on other reviews I didn’t miss much

Needs a good edit, already switched names for the ex from Evan to Ethan and back

So many unnecessary mentions of gold jewelry, I don’t know why I find it so irritating.
“Slender fingers decorated in tiny gold rings”
“Nothing but a gold chain and rings”
“All eyes shoot to the back of the group, where a huge man with black inked tats and gold jewelry stands”

Unnecessarily mention jewelry…. “Slender fingers decorated with tiny gold rings” “nothing but his gold chain and rings”
Honestly takes away from the scene
