Ritwick is starting A Dictator Calls
I think of myself as a voracious reader and count myself in a lessening number of bibliophiles.
But there are sometimes when I feel like a novice when standing in front of a book. When I feel my contextual knowledge, which any reader with their salt relies on to make sense or take delight from some writing, is inadequate.
This is a gem of a book and I know i will come back to this when I’m older.

Ritwick is starting Daughter of the deep
Umm- My daughter loves it. So I gave it a go. But this is nowhere as fun as the Greek, Roman, Egyptian series. Norse was a class apart altogether.

But this I found to be a bit meh

Ritwick is starting Inferno (Robert Langdon, #4)
The premise is intriguing, but frankly speaking, as I am not well-versed in Dante and his work, it was a little difficult to get hooked. The twist of Sienna was a little fun until it wasn't.
Langdon is becoming a veritable James Bond in this genre. And not the Fleming's Bond. Brosnan Bond.

Ritwick is starting Murder at the Mushaira
A bit of dilemma… I mean sometimes it’s evocative, sometimes it’s hard to plod through. The language is… urrmm… better than Chetan Bhagat obviously, but still leaves a lot to be desired. The mystery is also 2nd rate. But Delhi, and the characters live with you even after the book is finished.

Ritwick is starting Ghost King (Stones of Power Book 1)
Nice retelling of Arthurian Legend. But still not one of Gemmell’s top league efforts.

Ritwick is starting The Sandman, Vol. 7: Brief Lives
Perhaps the most heartbreaking story of the series.

Ritwick is finished with Savage Stone Age (Horrible Histories)
Oh, so bloody fun History can be when you leave the nasty bits in.

Ritwick is starting
