Couldn’t hold my attention.

The story is weak and I just can’t stay interested.

Likely a DNF for me. The writing style is not my type.
—3rd person pov laid out as a dual pov
—overexplains simple circumstances
—character thinks an emotion and then speaks it making things repetitive

At this point I’m not sure I’m going to finish this book. I realize it’s book #3 in a series, but I shouldn’t be this lost on what’s going on and who the supporting characters are. Lots of time jumps with very little information.
