nothing grinds my gears more than a character who has spent "so long planning, waiting for this moment," except they haven't been Planning, they've just been Imagining. having a fantasy of stabbing your high school crush a million times does not equal Having A Plan you dumb stupid idiot. you plan to stab him. that's it. god i hate it here

guy's i'm so sorry but this book is absolutely nothingburger. these characters are nothing. so many components of a good book are here and when you mix them together they make nothing

i am interested, but i am also getting cocomeloned with the frequency of the chapter breaks. most of them are 4 pages max. some are only 2. i promise i can pay attention for longer than this, ve schwab

this book is not written well at all, but at the same time, it's not Bad. i truly have no idea what to make of it. thank god it's a quick read

if i were a law school student and a book told me to practice mindfulness it would genuinely send me off the deep end. solid advice otherwise though

is there a reason why law school is designed like a torture chamber? like why are you paying a million dollars to spend three years in the pits of actual hell
