Exceptional title, nice read.

I read the first of the Skyland series twice and loved it. Then read the third on Libby and purchased the physical book and will reread it. This was good but the other two were better and re-readable. Once is enough for this one. But once is enough.

Love the series, the friendships, the family, and yet I felt at the end just wrap it up already. A little repetitive on the lovey dovey.

I thought this book based on the title was going to be a book of essays or nonfiction lol but it's pretty cover let me know different. It's a good contemporary relationship book with one of the best descriptions on how I felt about the criminal way Sandra Blands murder felt to me. I am enjoying the way very serious matters in our right now lives are taken on by these characters. Very relatable and heartfelt.

Fairytale retelling twisted fun cute read.

Lots of family and friend loyalty tested by The Night aka the devil I'm sure.

It's keeping my interest so far, yet there are a lot of lines that read like fantasy book titles, Shadows in the Mist, Into the Valley Below, Of Metal and Wood, Into The Belly of the Castle, A Score to settle with the Night. Cloaked in Agony, The Nights Gate, etc. lol but it is pretty good.

I could read several more books in this series. This Skyland world is full of beautiful manly Men

The ending was so satisfying. Family, friends, survival and moving forward making decisions that seem right at the time but still can't hide you from this criminal world.

I'm so sick of Edward.

Very right now criminal America. Same as it ever was.

Fast paced story about a couple of men and the bad choices they made and how it affects their kids women and families and themselves.

I love her writing I never want this series to end. Soledad and family have me wanting to read this straight through the night.

A father is home from jail after a crime he didn't commit and getting to know his daughter the mother kept out of his life while he was locked up while the mom married a cop..... although a cop set up the girls father.... interesting so far.

Forgot to update my progress. I finished this listen a few days ago and after the silly back and forth banter of I shouldn't be with him he deserves better and repeat repeat, I end up enjoying Sabrina's character. She's nerve wracking at first but then you start to understand her because she reminds you of your highschool friends that just want to keep everyone together. It was nice. Yeah, nice.

This was very entertaining. What you imagine some of your favorite bands lifestyles are like. Jennifer Bealls and Benjamin Bratt are so dreamy to listen to. The entire cast was great. Eddie was an entire trip. Loved his intensity and idgaf attitude. He had a Goodfellas mobster comedic relief vibe that made me laugh.

I absolutely love this family, this sisterhood, the cover of loss and depression was a sage to my soul because the counselors advice and beautifully stated words gave me tools to use in my own real life. Books are everything. This was perfection. Although, I am not going to lie, it felt like Bel-Air in a book with a few changes. Tell me I'm wrong. Lol

I need this to be a movie. ASAP

I love listening to Jennifer Bealls as Daisy Jones. Hard to put down musical story. Benjamin Bratt yes please.

Kinda silly.

OMG Josiah is more sexy than the first time I read this.

So far so very cutesy. A couple who is no longer a couple faking like they are indeed together in front of the people they know. Smoke and mirrors, so American.

I loved this group of sisters because they had a lot to deal with that broke them and put them back together. Highly recommend.
