This is really cute so far! I only have minor notes—one being that the author is really pushing this actor thing lol. This man has no common sense or personality other than the roles he’s played. But Cassidy is so cute!! I’m loving the way they are crushing so hard on each other. It does feel like authentic teenage feelings.

I do not like Abigail and I don’t think Richard Paul Evans does either😂 her abilities are cool but wow girl has no personality. NICHELLE however… she and Jack? Oh I see it. Michael and Taylor are so cute and Ostin and Ian are the biggest MVPs. But hot damn… what an ending here.

I don’t trust this at all. But also, why is Michael being fooled SO EASILY in this book??

I know I’m late to the game… nobody judge me… but the Disney+ series is currently releasing season 2 and I’m getting FOMO so I gotta see what’s up. I cannot call myself a true fan until I’ve seen ALL Percy Jackson universes🙅🏻‍♀️

The story is good and exciting and yet I’m not getting the same gripping vibe I had reading the first book. I think there’s just so many new characters with weird names that I’m just slowly losing interest.

Ruhn is creeping up the list of favorite characters. His side plot with Day👌🏼 I miss when Bryce was a reluctant brat and not actually trying to be a hero.

Forgot to keep updating but wow this book has been taking some wild turns. I feel so bad for Irene but it looks like Julia is in good hands😏 like girl WHAT he especially bought you an espresso machine??? And he’s a hot doctor who’s good with kids ahh I am giggling and kicking my feet! I’ve also decided that Andrew WILL be played by Jonathan Bailey in my mind and it’s rlly enhancing my reading experience

Thank god this book just straight up tells me everything I forgot. I am ready to rock and roll back into this universe.

You know those merge mansion or garden mobile game ads? That’s kind of the vibe I’m getting from Julia’s POV.

Irene’s POV is interesting though, especially with her disbelief in the war. Also, which Brit am I supposed to fan-cast for James now???

Should I picture Andrew as Jonathan Bailey?🤔 Ben Barnes could also do… or who is another Brit I can use?

Schwab did a great job reintroducing us to the world and story. She easily recapped everything from the first book. I feel automatically pulled into it.

This book is actually so sad😭 but things are coming to a close here and based on the way it’s going I think we can all tell how this story ends💕

Footnote: All these people need therapy. Like seriously. Parth and Kimmy might be the only sane ones and that’s phenomenal considering they are legitimately the craziest of the bunch. Sabrina has ISSUES.
