The prologue was fantastic. The story as of now is progressing a bit slow but I’m hoping it’ll pick up quick

When exactly is this book gonna pick up its pace? I feel so bored. There are no cliffhangers or plot twists. It’s going pretty slow. Someone said it’s fast paced or something

What’s with the fmcs in thriller books? Why do they always kiss dudes (be they be married or unmarried) when they are stressed 😭✌🏼

Booktok convinced me to pick this one up but I don’t know it’s getting a little boring. Especially Birdy’s pov. Yes there are cliffhangers every chapter but overall there’s not much going on.
