Chapter Eight was such a journey. One of the best depictions of Hell I've ever read.
I couldn't stop reading.

It almost feels like this book was made for me. Angels, demons, God forsaking humankind, The Plague, Medieval setting, two lovable main characters trying to take care of each other in a world that is on the verge of collapse.
It has been quite some time since a book caught my attention from the very first page. Hope everything keeps being this amazing.

First pages and Patroclus has already trauma-dumped on me his daddy issues. Good for you, girlie, let it out.

The interactions between Lucifer and God are so dear to me for the amount of love they express for each other.
The trope of a parent and their golden child is just so tragic, especially with this well-known fall from grace.

I don't know where I stand with the relationship between Michael and Lucifer. They have wholesome interactions, but I'm still not rooting for them. Let's see how it goes.
