Holy sh!t! One aspect I love about this book is the authors ability to throw a character into this vortex or void where they converse with a god or goddess and try an than put them back into their timeline or reality with exactly what they needed in that moment or so we think. What's really the gods end game here, pawn or destiny/fate.
