I’m always surprised to see medical terms getting mentioned here and there in Gabriel’s books. I remember being in awe when I read about the pessary Fernanda was using in 100 years of solitude because Gyne?? And now I see blennorrhea. And it’s always the perfect blend of magic and medicine for me like pessary and the invisible doctors and a stethoscope that hears the tears of the heart in this one🩵
