I just finished Ridoc’s chapter.
And it did not disappoint. It was literally him and his dragon “no I’m not” “yes you are” “no you aren’t” “yes” “no!”
Followed by his dragon scaling a large tree like he’s a squirrel and telling Ridoc that if he wants to prove himself he has to get in his seat. The sass is unreal.

I won’t lie I had to go back to the first and read what the heck happened. Turned the audiobook on? Remembered why I preordered this book immediately after finishing the first: the voice actor for the MMC. My lawd.

1) Goddard is Ronald Stump. And I’ve asked the question-were someone to place a tuning fork in stumps rump, would his continuous flatulence not turn into a melody?
2) these tonists really have a short list for who should be their “higher power” y’all selected a child who happens to be able to talk to a computer essentially. Y’all are all fucked.

Like…..what??? A different sector of people say they wish to be left alone in the childish world of politics that is Goddard’s Scythedom. And your response is to disallow their imports of goods and means of living and essentially banish anyone who potentially goes against this, to death. Like hello? That’s some “stump” behaviour.
