i’m having such a weird time with this book and i can’t really pin point why. it’s like i’m bored but im not. at first i thought it was because of the super slow burn, but now that they’re banging i cant use that as an excuse. i never feel like reading it, but when i force myself to i’m like “ok this is actually not bad”. idk what’s wrong with me 😭

I love when j start a book and immediately feel connected to one of or both the main characters. I would actually die for Kenneth. I love him so much. i just want to be his friend. And I love that Houston our biker in this book is blackity black!

i just wanna say, this is the exact type of insta love that i like. just the right amount of delusional.

This book is taking me a bajillion years to get thru it. I don’t know why because it’s not a bad book, I like it, but it was hard for me to get into it in the beginning and now I just can’t shake it andddddd I’m just more interested in reading other stuff right now.

Adam’s kids are fucking assholes. It’s bothering me. Idk if this is a white people thing or what but idk why in books it always feels like the teenagers treat their parents like they’re a burden on them. it doesn’t feel realistic and just feels like overkill.
