Idiots to lovers is wonderful if done right. Too often though authors write it as part of a series where each book is a different trope. It feels forced, empty, with too much yo yo-ing in their head. It ends up boring and tedious to get through.

There are some *glaring* issues with this story. 1. 90% of these problems could’ve been solved by a gd cell phone.
2. Not once does Peter ask wtf an “alpha’s mate” is. Like, is he that dumb and/or oblivious?

JFC Tobi is exhausting. I don’t understand what either of those guys see in him. I just want to get this book over with. It’s impossible to imagining liking him in the end. The only interesting things here are Ambrose & Savage.

I didn't like Tobi in the last book and I don't like him now. I really hope this changes soon....

I’ve been trying to pay close attention to the descriptions of everyone and Derek has black silky hair, and Wyn has “dark curls.” The curls are mentioned several times. So who the Fuck is the guy on the cover?

Kayden’s way of “handling” Gareth & “training” him… I kind of hate it. Like, my dude. You’re with a psychopath (or is it sociopath)…. Either way, last I checked you can’t just “train” that out of them through your own manipulations & control.

This story would be way more interesting if he just accepted Gareths issues & worked with them. A shared calendar would fix a lot of their issues.

This book jumps in too fast. Feels to instalust w/o a real connection to the characters yet for it to be believable or enjoyable to read. Just something off about the writing. ALSO has this f’ing idiot never heard of student loans?! 🤦🏻‍♀️
