A nice start. The beauty of this book is in the society it was written for. Not all the culture and religion is brave enough to make fun of it in a very direct way. I am glad that taking this kind of thing lightly is still a thing.

Much better than book 2, things are getting interesting. Let's see!

It remainds me so much of the light novel series "So I am a Spider, so what?"

That's actually good. Because, I liked that series quite a lot.

It is decent. Quite slow and down to earth. But, I expected something far fantastical. I guess Dungeon Crawler Carl spoiled me for life! Now I look that craziness in every LitRPG I read! Then feel a bit sad.
However, this is good in its own way. So still going to finish it. Child parent dynamics was quite well done so far.

Interesting start! But I wonder how it will be moving forward. There is a mountain of possibility! This can easily become a "A Series of Unfortunate Events" tale with LitRPG in place! Author has captured a grand idea, indeed.

Finally, finally it is getting interesting.

It is fun, a lot of fun. Who knew I needed this! A behind the scene from Harry potter movie-verse! On top of that Tom has decent sense of humour. So, all good.

This is a filler book. Probably it would have some high ending to make things somewhat significant. But, that doesn't change the fact that this book is a filler, and a bridge between the previous book and the next.
