Better and better.

True to form or am I looking outside the box as I tend to do with this author's books. There is nothing like suspense and doubt on a rainy Sunday evening.

Tal knows words. Tal knows entertainment. And Tal Bauer is the new boss of romantic political drama, IMHO. This goes beyond research. There is truth and secrets in these sentences. And I can never wait for more. Five star from the first sentence, and it just kept

Tal Bauer knows the way to keeping me invested and grounded both at the same time. Both Reese and the President have gotten to the point of no return; but as always, life plays with fate. Can these two men from opposite worlds survive a love affair in the midst of war?

Also...talk about character development. The side characters are growing exponentially, and I am now anle to read between the lines. Are my thoughts

Edge of the seat kinda book. Loving it! So much has gone on in so little time and it is worth it. With flashbacks of the past and present, the book is not confusing at all. The timeline stays true to itself. And I am a stickler for pacing.

I have only started this book, and already I am invested.
I go all out for Tal's book and I am wondering if I will be able to put it down for sleep. ALREADY, the main character, Reese and the president have captured my attention. Preparing for 7 plus hours of on the edge of my seat not.

7:15pm, My stomach is hollow for Jasper. Dirty rat bastard and parents needs their comeuppance. Empty and angry. Makscwas an excellent listener.

6:59 pm...took a few breaks, but still loving the storyline. Maks is so sweet and gah, it's good to see Jasper loosening up. It's clear as day how smitten Maks is with him from jumpstreet; so I wait with bated breath to see why Jasper is somewhat cold and uncaring.

Officially warned about triggers, I still opened this ebook excited as I was itching to get either Jasper or Travis's story. Written on my heart was five stars and I am hoping this book lives up to expectations.

One hour and 40 minutes left, eight days later and I. Just. Can't!!! The roller coater of a ride has been fulfilling. The sexy times pages of OMFg!!!! And these men holding on for dear life!
I am so glad the author took a moment to infuse the "scandal" I was waiting on. I want to see how this will play out.

OMG. I am now one week in. Have been having g familial issues, so I have been taking my time reading.
But OMG!!! I am now satisfied that the months and months (year plus) that I have been waiting on this book is worth it.
Romance, politics, and family dynamics have got me reeling. I have been laughing, wanting to smack some people down and never wanting this to end, LOL. Yeah. 7 hours and 11 minutes left to the end

I have been waiting on this book for so long you'd think I was out of the loop. Nah. This author writes so well, so memorable, that it feels as if I just read the first two books and just moving on. A great political romance and I will be sorry when this book comes to an end. Due to the length, basically an Amazon 24 hour, I am taking my time in reading and enjoying. #MMMdoneRight.

Did not start. I am in a slump and not much is holding my attention. I keep opening books and closing them.

Moved back for a bit and have just picked up the book today 27-1-21 So this start time will begin now.

I was crying internally for Heath. Such a sweet soul to have had this be done to him. But you have to say, he is resilient. Already love him.

As always, I enter a book with an open mind, but I am excited to see what sparks. Here's to another read.

I was like 43 minutes in when I kept saying...ok, when is it going to crash? Everything was so perfect up to this point but where was the drama?

Drama? Who needs stinking drama! JR knew what he wanted and he pushed his characters in that direction. But knowing these guys, they were like...our story and this is what's going to happen.

I could have done with a bit more. But that is always me.

Definitely going on my top 10 of 2019.
This book just resonates with me. The pain Quell feels and the fear when put outside his element.

And Hale is such a doll. Caught up in his attraction to Quell but needing to keep everything on the up and up.

I just cannot get enough of this book. I am savouring it, but want to rush so that I can know what the ending is like. Ugh, good job JR Gray.

So. The moment I saw this book advertised I knew I'd be reading it. Thanks to my friend A for gifting me with a copy. She heard about it all during gushing session during our three week road trip this fall.

As for the book. I. Just. Can't!

Truthfully, paranormal is as close as I get to fantasy. But this is truly fascinating. One well known actor, Quell decides to bring a fantasy book to life and Hale is his costar

I love the concept. It haves homage to be careful what you wish for. I am not even have way through and already I want book two. I just know this has to be a HFN and I won't be.

This is a book I have been trying to get through for over one year. It is the only Sloane book that I am having difficulty with. Not that it is bad, I know it is good. But oh, LORT, this triggered me so many times I have had nightmares. I will get through this regardless.
