This is not a book about multilingualism but about metro ethnicity, the author’s own social and aesthetic theory. It belittles native culture leaving it all to folklore. It also obviates fundamental issues like diglossia and its effect. It’s not only myopic but it explicitly has a globalist imperialist agenda.
