she thinks hes creepy and he insults her and shes already mooning over him? ugh i hope its not insta-love.

evangelines character development so far: stupid- stupid and reckless- shallow- crybaby- selfish- whiny- liar. and its amazing how she can just forget about a woman being tortured because of her stupidity as soon as she wakes up.

cardboard characters. evangeline is unbearably stupid and i just dont feel the romance between her and caden. i dont care if they ever get to be together or not. im reading this just because i bought all four books :(

this is the dumbest heroine ive ever seen. everything that goes wrong does so because of her idiocy. seriously, the word 'stupid' could have been creayed for her

such low self esteem, so little self respect. aaaand ofc, insta-love

basically there are two non-wierd people in this book according to krista: herself and the guy she likes. all the rest of the women are sluts and the men are lecherous wierdos and they're all of them unprofessional, uninterested in and bad at what they do. and her character is all over the place. is she shy or is she sassy and confident? and why would we be interested in work emails and reports?

shes making deals left and right, offering before everyone. arent u supposed to be avoiding that?

so far meghan is stupid and useless. and I dont think they know each other well enough to be in love, even if she is a teenager. so far I havent seen anything worth falling in love in either of them

huh? what why when? she wants to kiss the guy who's threatened to kill her at least twice and whos tried once already. why, because hes goodlooking?

ok if someone gave me a gorgeous dress to wear instead of dirty, stinking, moldy clothes id definitely wear it and not said clothes. if not for looks at least to avoid smelling.

and it ends on a fitting note: a transparent dress for our heroine to wear to a party!

ok I like these books but some of this stuff is totally tiresome. like how she keeps ending up in slutty outfits in places that require non-slutty clothes or practically naked or half naked or totally making out (and more) in front of an audience. its just annoying now.

why does she keep ending up naked and flashing no less than 3 people every few chapters?

when she starts explaining stuff in the middle of being attacked I zone out, kind of like in a really boring geography class. I wish she finds a more interesting way of getting facts across.

whats with amy and her need to tell everyone everything? even if it means murder and rape and revolt? do people really listen to sixteen year olds who have experienced life under abnormal circumstances for 3 months? are all the deaths worth her need for complete honesty?

im skipping pages. I keep hoping it gets better but its scattered and ill-written and I dont think ill be able to continue any longer.

aaahhhhh you dont use but and however in the same place!! did someone give this at least a once over before publishing? You dont even need a person to do it, just hit spellcheck on microsoft word!!

terrible writing!! i keep getting winded, and im not even reading it aloud. three or four sentences are mushed into single paragraphs and the gramatical errors!! I feel like taking a red pen to it.

the author keeps substituting commas for full stops, there are whole sentences joined by commas, its irritating. < like so.

wow EVERYONE wants her. and EVERYONE is in love with her even though shes pretty pathetic

okay now its getting boring. especially the reed-evie parts. all they do is talk about how much they love each other and what they would do without each other, which is NOT okay every 3 pages. and whats with EVERYONE singing her praises? so courageous, and amazing and beautiful and for some reason that isnt clear, cunning and dangerous. reed has to be really stupid to be impressed with her non-existant genius.

the excessive use of first names is kind of irritating.

I wish she'd just told us he had a southern accent instead of making him talk like that. spoken, it can be sexy but im tripping over all the 'ya's. not an enjoyable run. maybe ill get used to it, or learn to ignore it.

they all wear clothes that match their eyes. rory wears green, logan wears blue 'she' wears purple and since daphne cant have pink eyes she has pink sparkles coming out of her fingers.
