The start to this book is…something. The writing and delivery of plot details is just not great

I genuinely can’t tell if this is happening in two separate timelines? I think it is but wowza I’m slightly confused (reading via audio). Either way the characters are fun and Loretta’s writing is just so wonderful.

HES SO ANNOYING and self deprecating in his POV!!! He’s an angry himbo not a fun himbo and it’s actually so unfortunate. Andrew Eiden is so aggressive he is NOT a himbo narrator it’s like he’s yelling every word in the mirror to himself making wiggling motions with his eyebrows bc he thinks he sounds hot.
