This girl does not *know* either of these men. We have skipped quite a few relational steps to care this much about each other.

I can’t help but compare this to Red Rising. Woman’s dystopia vs Man’s dystopia (men being war vessels/women being birthing vessels). Idk how to explain it better.

I’m not really gelling with the writing, but I’m intrigued by the story.
