It’s not looking good for me finishing this book.

So… not only am I dealing with Lumen again, but Sine is just as bad, if not worse.

I really didn’t need to be reminded of just how stupid Lumen is. I hope she’s not in this book too much.

Uhg… as if life or death sexual situations wasn’t bad enough. You just had to add in mommy dearest walking in on it too.

As much as I like this series, it still makes me sick to my stomach every time Sang gets stuck in a bad situation and she can’t manage to do anything but stammer, touch her lip or pray one of the guys comes to rescue her.

I’m really trying not to lose my temper because I wanna read this book but I’m getting sick of the female character throwing around the word monster every other paragraph.

The whole, “I-don’t-know-you-but-I-hate-you-because-I-think-you’re-scary-and-you-make-my-lady-parts-quiver-without-my-permission,” is so played out. Let’s hope this doesn’t last long.

This’ll be the third time I’ve started this book. Let’s see if I can make it past the first two chapters this time around.

Typical Eve Rabi book, full of dysfunctional drama. Gonna need to read this in parts or I’m gonna start throwing things.

Oh my God! Give me a break. Why must most females in romance books be so antagonistic? Even if it’s passively. If you find yourself under the control of a man that you know for a fact is a killer and you think wouldn’t hesitate to hurt you, the smart thing to do is not piss him off. Like calling him a monster, or throwing it in his face that you don’t wanna sleep with him. Try a little more tact for a change.

Uhm… is it just me or does this world sound a lot like the one Vin Diesel was trapped on in the movie “Pitch Black”?

I know I’m supposed to feel bad for Trez and Serena, but I just don’t. I find myself wanting to skip over their parts to get back to the others. I haven’t yet but I’m getting there.
