Yep, I love this character, she just thought “boggles my mind”. Donuts are her emotional support. We are basically the same person. Except so completely not at all. But still….

I am loving this authors sense of humor and sarcasm. And the narrator is nailing the delivery.

Another random ‘available now’ choice on Libby. Ear agreeable narrator. Not sure if I have previously read any reviews on this one. Maybe? First time with this author I think. So I have no expectations etc so……I’ll see how this goes!

Eyes are not wanting to stay open much since Saturday. Will hopefully catch up on reviews (writing and reading people’s) soon. Fingers crossed my brain will cooperate whenever that happens😁. Okay, we don’t see the contract or plans of what the client wants, but if it’s not any where close to what they had asked for, I’d be a smidge bit ticked off too. Things don’t always get done on schedule or stay within budget, I know that, but granite is quite different than stainless steel etc. even I know that. It may look nice, but if it’s not what they wanted……….

She just threw away a book. Huh? Do people really do that when they find a book boring? I have never heard of such a thing. She didn’t hate it. She was just bored by it. Ever hear of donating?! What an odd thing to have in a book. I’m befuddled (such a fun word).

One of the narrators is a struggle for me to understand. It’s not an irritating voice, I just don’t know what he is always saying. So I am feeling a little lost sometimes😕. Oh well.

I found a dead squirrel when I was picking up sticks Saturday. My dad came to get my leaves and I asked him how he felt about taking a dead squirrel. Long story short: it grossed me out completely. When he made some dumb dad comment about bringing it back and putting it in my mailbox. I said I would never speak to him again if he did. He said ‘in that case’ and turned like he was going to do just that. 😂
