I just never really cared about the murder mystery. I wasn't invested aside from whether the boss was involved. How it all was revealed was just meh to me.
I was much more interested in the poison plotlines. The one at her job was super easy to figure out early on though. 
And the one in her personal life is still unresolved, so I'm eager to see how that goes in the next book. 

I actually quite liked this one, definitely the best so far. It had twists and surprises, and kept me on my feet in a more believable way than the previous books. 

The usual banter. It's just short, and I've never liked how her daughter makes her pay her for her time. 

This book concluded the series, and it general wrapped stuff up. But honestly, it could totally continue. Perhaps one day she'll pick it up again, or write more short stories. Having the preceding short story at the end of this book especially made me want more of the series.
But oh well.

It was fine. It was good... The banter and camaraderie persisted well. The missing kid plot was interesting. But the wedding threat portion wasn't really. I'm still not sure if it's the fact that I listened to these last books, or if Zav was written a bit different. But I wish he didn't seem dumbed down. I don't know.
