Why is Stalker Santa a thing? The blurb talks about insta-love, but the MMC literally stalks the FMC for a YEAR.

Your mind is a garden, one that can grow beautiful flowers even in the rockiest of tundras, but it can also grow weeds. You're the one who decides what seeds to plant. You're the one who can choose to be happy. It's not about controlling your emotions. You're entitled to feel whatever you want, whenever you want. It's how you react to those feelings that's important.

it's a point of pride that I finish all my books. it doesn't mean I can't skim. and that's what I'm gonna do with this one. I will not be reading any more of this series, though.

soooo...as far as first intros go, this was new. he walks in, she farts. he carries on the conversation anyway without acknowledging the fart.

I just don't understand. I can already tell that her "mate" is a bad guy. Both main characters are pissing me off.

So far there is a lot of science. While I may not understand all of it, I'm enjoying the humor and "this is what I'm thinking right now" way of writing.

Finished The Selection. Pretty good. Can't wait to find out what's going to happen. Especially between America and Aspen or America and Maxon (who I'm rooting for.)

his father looked unpleased. unpleased? the book has been good until now, and now I'm stuck on "unpleased."

I'm loving Katy so far. "I didn't want to be peed on." I love how she talks like I think.

That was a lot of back story. Interesting, yes. Vital, probably not.
