This book is so whimsical!

Honestly, super boring and I can see where this is going and why they broke up with each other.

Loving the way these characters are being set up. Ruby, the Type A, must always have a plan and stick to said plan. Penn, the Type B, who doesn't need a plan and just goes where the wind takes him. I can't wait to see where this goes.

This book is really dragging on lol, much more than the previous two.

This dialogue is painful. This book is painful.

This is the only Emily Henry contemporary romance book I haven't read because I don't like the second chance trope. But, it's bugging me that I haven't read it so here we go!

I honestly thought we'd be rid of Henri by now. I hate love triangles with obvious outcomes!

This is a super "YN" book lol. Like it's so cringey. Everything is so forced. Dacre is a wannabe shadow daddy, but failing miserably and just comes off as an asshole.

Okay, why do we have to be reminded on every single page of Dacre’s POV that, “She’s mine.”

Writing still bad….

I'm just super confused as to why the plot is unfolding the way it is. If you don't trust her, why is she IN your secret city, TRAINING with your warriors?

It’s interesting, but the writing isn’t great and the underground rebellion network makes zero sense.

I’ve finally realized what Quinn’s writing reminds me of!!

It’s like those Vine skits that are over dramatized!!! It’s just sooooo cringey.

Why does the author use two names for the same character within a span of two sentences??
