Apart from the whole "will-they-won't-they" that took all the way until the last 3 pages to finally get a flicker of hope, the suspense and mysteries (and all the gore) were fascinating.

It's been a long time since I have come across a shifter story so thrilling and HOT as this one.

Leave it to CC to write the hottest scenes ever! and let's not forget the generous portion of "oh that is so sweet!". Fluff as its best! BUT, I found hard to connect with Jason in the beginning. He was pretty much an arse. And the story per se took awhile to pick up. Overall, it's between a 3.5 and 4*s
