Speeding my way through this story, but that's sometimes slowly, as I'm forced to reread passages and pages to make sense of them. I've decided I don't care for any of the characters BUT I'm going to keep on keepin' on..

I'm having trouble with the dialogue. It's a bit desperate and sketchy. I can't imagine two people who've just met talking the way they are.

Dex is an GIANT ASSHOLE! I'm glad this is a novella because I couldn't take a whole book of his Prickness!

I can't decide if this is boring because of the writing or because of the monotone narrator...maybe both?

I've been putting off starting this series--despite the kickass covers--but I'm glad I finally started. Most likely because of the narrator. She ROCKS!

Absolutely loving this! Audiobook narrator is AWESOME!

Danika doesn't yet know about shifters. Xavier, the sweet but dense 1, keeps sticking his paw in his mouth:

“It's the full moon,” Xavier said, nodding when she finally looked at him and deftly sidestepping when Dakota aimed an elbow at his midsection.

 Danika looked at him blankly. “The moon isn't full,” she said pointedly.

 "Not yet,” Xavier agreed. “It's still a few days away, but you know how people act."

It's sooo anti-feminist, but 5 shifter/wolfen alpha-males keep squabbling over first mating-for-now rights over a lone human female and it's cracking me up. It appalling that she has no say, and that's why it's funny.

Audiobook Version I'm LOVING every word of this book! The narrator ROCKS and it's because of her that I have such a book crush on both Trey and Taryn. :)

Audiobook: Great start and great narrator! I'm loving Trey and Taryn (though I get their names mixed up at times). Trey is super-duper intense and I like that because Taryn is super-duper strong. Good balance!

Fuzzy slippers and Kittens? Hmm...I'm intrigued.

I'm really enjoying the writing. However, it's a little too word rich, too repetitious at times.

This is so damned sweet and cheesy. It's so obvious what will happen. But, I'm going to speed read my way through it and skip to the hot bits, which are pretty tame, btw.

OMFG! How NOT to sext: “I’m gonna pound you so hard your head slams through the headboard. Your face will be so busted you can only drink smoothies through a straw” Note: this is not a text from Liam...LOL

Hmm...not sure this needed to be a separate book so much as a Part 2. We'll see.

Why no calling the cops? What a prick!

Another great line: “And I had to navigate this without doing something that made me seem like a freak, a dork, a slut or a loser” Most women have felt like that when meeting our boyfriend's mother for the first time, no? :D

OMG! Best line so far: "I'll iron your shirt'" Terri offered. An authentic laugh out loud moment. I firggin' LOVE KA! I will happily iron her shirts. :D

Still, hooked on h calling H 'honey' on 2nd or 3rd date, so I looked at several online articles about use of endearments like 'honey' 'babe/y, 'love' etc. and most say not to do so for a long while. Many thought it indicated cheating, or a forgotten name, or it was patronizing, or seeking intimacy too soon. In some instances, perhaps, it's a cultural thing. Only a few liked it...most women.

Whoa, I'm on a serious KA tear! I even reread Knight the other day, because he's so friggin' brutal, but endearing. Anyway, I'm enjoying this despite how preposterous it is to meet someone from the same football team as your...um...ex. And número uno KA pet peeve is her over use of 'honey.' I've never called anyone that in my entire life, and never will.

The tension is growing more intense. I love Callum. He's strong but not afraid to feel his emotions.

I'm loving this book. It's different than other KA books. Much is told from Callum's POV and his learning to be with and love a human is poignant. I don't want to go back to Sonia as there's so much (understandable) griping.

Holy Howl! The pacing of KAs books is excellent, as per usual. I adore Sonia.

Just finished "Until the Sun..." and I'm digging right in to this. I can tell you I'm am one happy puppy. And I've got a bad case of 'book crush.'

Some eye-rolling side stories moments, but I'm really enjoying gentle, kinky, caring Alex. Anna is a lucky girl.

So far, so good. Ah, who am I kidding, that last scene was HOT!

"Gangsta style..." I totally love Chris...he's hilarious!
