This book gives you just enough to make you to keep your intrigued and then scene after scene with a character telling you how calm, powerful, and deadly they are while they do nothing. And others tell you they can feel something is going on or about to but again nothing is happening on page.

Story is good. Writing is repetitive af!! Ima do a word search to see how many times she used blade, steel, and elegant. I’m pretty sure it’s 20 each in just the first two chapters

Ima have to pause this cause the writing is weird and it’s a cliffhanger.
