I did NOT realise how long this book is. But it’s very cozy and has potential for in depth plot so guess I’ll see how it goes

So far super interesting and a great intro into alternative justice systems. Clear, concise, and very self aware to the current short comings of these ideologies

Ook so I believe this has romance and I’m not liking the implication so far that it’s going to be between “immortal of indeterminate age who’s a teacher” and “14yr old orphan who’s their STUDENT”

The power imbalance is wild even if we take out the age thing (cause idk how old the dude transmuted into the story is but I assume 20’s).

My first audio book and I’m not gonna lie, its totally because I saw audio snippets on TikTok. And it is just as funny and out of pocket as it sounded.
