I loved this one. The most ruthless killer, assassin to the King, trapped in a cage of his own making. A beautiful princess who refuses to see him as evil. A love story for the ages, with a battle of epic proportions as the background.

I'm thoroughly addicted to these stories! I can't get enough of them.

I haven't read any YA books in quite a while, but for one of my favorite authors I thought I would try it. I am very glad I did! There were some names I needed to look up so I could pronounce them properly, but that didn't matter while I was reading. I was too engrossed in the story. I highly recommend this series to everyone who likes a good short series, and who loves YA paranormal stories.

Wonderful beginning to a new trilogy by one of my favorite authors!

This book isn't bad, but it wasn't what I thought it would be. There was a lot of unnecessary thoughts about the previous ten years. I believe the book would have been better without it. Once past that, the book was good. The story line was about a powerful couples vacation. They finally had time to relax and enjoy being them, until Aphrodite shows up with some news. An that's where it left off. It is part of a serie

I'm shelving this one for a bit. I'm having trouble focusing on in-depth books right now. I will be back to finish it soon.
