I think the audio of this is top tier and adding to my reading experience bc of the writing style

I forgot. how much I liked BN's writing - from her characters to the family (both biological and found) to the humor - i am having so much fun! I LOVE the friends to strangers element where you don't know what happened to cause the rift but dual timelines slowly fill in the pieces - AH just what I needed to get out of this slump :)

I want to like this more than I currently do. There are some cool concepts and the opportunity for this to be compelling…but the execution just isn’t there for me at the moment

Not the biggest fan of this writing - feeling bored (but still intrigued) while the characters feel flat...hoping this picks up in the next few chapters

This prob should have been a dnf for me…no interest in the characters and despite how much i feel like i should know about them..they are forgettable (other than their professions)

The writing is beautiful, the story is heartbreaking - already a book on my "everyone needs to read" list

Premise/setting/all the important things have me hooked...not the biggest fan of the writing, but I am slowly cozying in...this definitely isn't for anyone with a weak stomach - let me tell ya

This found family makes me giddy - Huda and O's relationship makes me giggle - also, can we please protect Cyrus at all costs....<3

I love a good rivalry and so far Campbell and Mattie have the chemistry I want in a book like this. I can't wait to see who Campbell really is vs Mattie's depiction of him due to her insecurities surrounding his success vs hers (at at what she thinks is her expense).

The grumpy rugby player safety stalked our sunshine-y american matchmaker...didn't see that one coming.

He's cocky and knows what he wants, she's stubborn and fearful of the past..(oh and she has a douchey bf) - now they are forced together - I wonder what is going to happen ;)
