This book feels never ending.

Fucking finally.

Maisie triggered the ward? But I’m not sure she’s the murderer. I am sure I’m liking Blade more and more and continuing to find Maddie an idiot. Also is Ross good at his job? Because am I the only one who remembers that Maisie was wincing when she sat down for her interview and that she’s got some weird connection to Beauchamp?

Absolutely no one is going to be sad about this. And no, Amanda doesn’t count, she’s just as awful for condoning it all.

I just can’t like her. I get she’s grieving but there’s a weird sort of disconnect here for me between her grief and the Ty situation.

Thoroughly enjoying hating Adam. I went into this knowing I wasn’t going to actually enjoy the second chance romance aspect so just watching Adam suffer is nice. I mean he could stand to suffer more but I’ll take what I can get.

Okay, look, it’s entirely possible I’m just hate reading this because I already want Adam to suffer.

You know the book isn’t great when you find yourself googling whether Maria gets her own hockey player instead of reading.

Literally every time I think I’m putting this down for the night Ilya makes an appearance and I have to keep reading. I love him so much.

I paid a lot more money for this book than I’d have liked (and I shopped around for the best deal) and it was 100% not worth it.

How is this so good?? Like I wanted it to be but never has a book actually lived up to its hype when the hype is so big. But this. This. Holy shit can I call in sick for work??
