I like books where there is a language barrier!

I'm abandoning this book. The little historically incorrect things like form of address and behavior have added up and I'm just so irritated all the time, it's no joy reading on. Maybe I'll skip ahead to the good parts, but nothing more. Time is too precious.

I'm getting quite annoyed at the fact that the author addresses princes and princesses by those words instead of "Your Highness". The main character just said something like: "Good afternoon, Princess!" ^^ Makes me shudder, and not in a good way!

The h just greeted someone at a ball as "Duchess!" Gosh, even I know the correct address for a duchess is "Your Grace"!

4. The Dragon's Christmas Baby by Anya Nowlan - A dragon will do anything for his fortune. Even more so if the fortune is a curvy, sassy woman and a baby he didn't even know he had... --- 4* --- A very good example of how you can make a story work even within just 50-60 pages! Loved ALL of the characters, enough background info to make it interesting and make you want to read more.

Just finished Alyse Zaftig's contribution "The Panther's Baby" - cringe-worthy :/

I'm tempted to bang my head on the table, if there was one available: Last chapter (as in yesterday!) H told h that when they're bound, she would be unable to be in weather hotter than 20°C. She's unhappy about that as she wants to train for the riding competition for the Olympics held in summer. He agrees to wait.
NOW she wants the binding to happen right this minute! Not a thought about riding at all. O.O

Just finished the prolog and boy am I shocked - in a negative way! I had to read some reviews here just to make sure the author didn't REALLY do what she just did - otherwise I now would hate her!!
