The dr tells her she's a virgin! This really doesn’t work. Tests for a brain injury/trauma don’t usually include internals! Unless I’m missing something. Quite a big suspension of disbelief hurdle to get over. There’s a conversation that needs to be had, but would prefer it to be character-led.
