More than halfway through and we’re no closer to solving this mystery than we were in Chapter 1.

I appreciate the implication that even though we’re reading the dialogue in English, the characters are most likely actually speaking in Portuguese. You don’t see that very often.

Why do we keep talking around the same points? When are we going to get something new?
