Okay so the plot is interesting and makes you empathize with the main character, but the language is far too modern for a setting in Ancient Greece. The use of 'they/them' as there's randomly a non-binary character is annoying tbh. There's a harpy attack and 'their nails digging into her skin' is about the they/them nails and not about those of the harpies. It slows me down as I have to reread sentences.

So far, it's full of action, which is great for people like me who may get bored from 'fillers'. It also makes up for the use of modern language in Ancient Greek and the fact it's a bit lacking in mythological accuracy. I enjoy the story too much to be too bothered about it to be honest. Hopefully it'll stay that way.
