The author does not understand the development process . The architect should be hired in the very beginning. The building inspector has nothing to do with anything until after you get your permits using your architectural design!

Most people will not be bothered by this but since I am constantly trying to educate the public on the development process, this stands out to me!

What else will happen in this book if all the comeuppance is happening this easily!?

I'm not usually a fan of mafia "heroes", but there's something really likable about this guy. He may be a murderer but he's got standards.
