The romance in this book is so horrible I wish there were none…

Mh…wont say it ‘picked up’ but

Around 28% the writing quality itself took a nosedive, idk why.

Still pretty decent writing. We’ll still see if anything is *good* though

Somehow, we did pick up fast without much progress even happening. Maybe action scenes have a way of that—action and confrontation, conflict and things spilling out mixed with overt and assumed worldbuilding. For one, we’ve got a better sense of her life, and hints of how things have changed for the worse and wonderings of if there’s more to it.

It’s actually good so far, but the % shouldn’t be so far along?

Decent enough style.
