I hate harold bloom's whole academic goon squad. this book is so buns i have to use a translator to read it this is why we have to delete modernism

No wonder harold bloom loves this book it’s literally just a glaze fest for the overly academic western tradition. Constant allusions to the bible, hamlet, and the odyssey (duh) but tbh its not all that. Joyce is quoted to say that he gave scholars centuries of work with this & He also quoted christ at the last supper on his 50th birthday in latin which all the academics overhype…just painfully pretentious.
