In order to get by he has to steal food/ his needs from people or abandoned stores. This makes the people of the city think poorly of him .However A man named Uri becomes mishis friend and helps him steal. Also Mishi does not know A lot about his family because he was kidnapped when he was 3.

POV: This book is written in first person narrator format, which is when the book is narrated by someone in the story. I can tell this is first person because the words I, and my, are used a lot in this book. these words often show that a book is written in first person. If you had a book written in any third person format, they would use words like hers, his or any other word that you would you to describe someone.
