Tiber is all offended that Gabriel doesn't know the dog's name, but how could he?? It's not his dog. It's the dog of a new-to-town guy he's never met. Who is dead. So yeah. They can't exactly ask the owner, and the whole reason Tiber is there is because nobody can get close to the dog, so they haven't had the opportunity to check its tags or anything either.. unreasonable on Tiber's part.

They jump very quickly from tiber saying "I don't date" to making out and handjobs... if it were JUST a kiss, and they decided to go slowly, fine. But they jump all the way to sex. This should have been a slooow relationship :\ this happens every fucking time a character says they're not ready for dating/sex/etc...

Tiber and mr cop's attraction to each other feels.. fake. Forced. Their inner thoughts keep saying they're attracted to each other, but that's kinda it. They don't actually feel/act like they're attracted to each other. On Tiber's end especially, it feels more like he thinks mr cop is a puppy kicking tool. So it doesn't feel genuine when he then turns around like "oh nooo, it's for duke, definitely not the hot cop!!"

Tiber somehow knows Duke's name BEFORE looking at the tag--or even approaching Duke? Is that an error or did he somehow mindread the dog before the dog would even look at him?

Like idk why he's not interacted with people in a while, but if this is going to be how he acts, maybe it's less by choice and more because people don't like his attitude or something lol. Big animal people tend to get this attitude where they think they're better than anyone else bc they spend their time with animals, who are of course better than people. It's annoying and pretentious.
