Ugh! I love this author, adore her twist on the fairytale and the organic-to-the-character feel of Zel grappling with his identity... but I HAAAAAAAATE the "I'll make a decision for his own good without telling him" lack-of-communication trope 😭 WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY?!?! The story is still good and I have faith in this author, but Ulrich better hurry up, pull his head out of his ass, and talk it out with Zel SOON.
