a third of the way in, and we finally have met the master!
so far this novel is so wacky I genuinely really am enjoying this way more than I expected, def need to know a bit about the USSR to understand the satire tho

this is so good so far it’s like so weird but it fits the story so well
also it’s pretty funny as well!

this is really interesting so far! Russian lit has a bit of a rep when it comes to being difficult however I think this is a really good introduction bc it’s way easier to comprehend than I expected! and the plot intrigues me already I am getting very immersed
