Good read. I unfortunately have to return it to the library because of a hold on it. I hope to go back to it soon.
It is interesting to read about city management before many now-established norms such as parks as places of public recreation, the need for reasonable access to those parks by roadways and a concept of a state parks system, all of which were apparently first pushed for on a governmental level by Moses.
