so this book is reading ME like a book… only in chapter 2 and somehow every single thing feels directly about me. even with different vignettes for kinds of upbringings that led to certain fawning responses, somehow i’ve had almost all of them? giving me some good journaling topics and things to add to my “for therapy” list.
