i literally only have the last sansa chapter and the epilogue left we are ALMOST there i WILL finish this book before the new year. meanwhile tho can we have a moment for tyrion, whom i hate, finally becoming interesting and murdering his dad? jaime absolutely deciding he's had enough, also. also BARRISTAN SELMY IS BACK WITH DANY LET'S GO!! lowkey wish jon had taken the stark name but that wouldn't be him.. i get it

not tyrion suddenly becoming an interesting pov character... i mean sure it only took 3 whole books. also i googled how old people are supposed to be in these books (if it's ever been directly mentioned that tyrion is meant to be 24... i did not see it soz) and.... somehow it's worse than i thought

as a tyrion hater, the only redeemable quality of his chapters to me is the presence of Other characters (cersei, sansa, oberyn martell etc), so that's some respite at least. THE JAIME AND BRIENNE BEAR BONDING MOMENT!! AT LAST!!!!
