SPOT IS SUCH A GOOD BOY OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just past the halfway mark - I’m really enjoying the tangle of the plot so far - between Kairos and Eris’s personal problems and the fight between the Gods it makes for such an entertaining read. For a debut novel, this slaps!

Action packed so far. The banter and world building are great and I like that the author gives a lot of the world building details through conversations between Eris and Kairos. I do wish there was a little more tension/build up to the action but I like the arc that Kairos is on. I feel like the author is doing a great job illustrating mental health issues sensitively here as well. The dog (Spot) remains GOATed.

The prose could use some work but so far I am really loving the world building and the relationship and banter between Eris and Kairos, I think this is going to be a very very good read, can’t wait to read more tonight!
