This book forces you to reflect a lot. Kinda heavy but good

Bro, I feel like I’m learning so much. Like not just about my childhood but about who I am now. And like I have emotional maturing to do. I feel like everyone would benefit from this book

Told my therapist I was reading this and she said it was a good one so I feel extra validated. This is great introspection and I recommend this for literally everyone. It’s allowing me reflect on what are my possible immaturities.
