ARCHETYPES: This is overcoming the monster. The Antagonist is a human who threatens the NERDS and their homeland and the people in it. The NERDS have to defeat or overcome the monster or The Antagonist. (The antagonist's name in my book is The Antagonist.)

SUMMARY: The main characters are everyone in the NERDS and The Antagonist. The story is about the NERDS fumbling The Antagonists evil plan. The events take place because the NERDS need to stop The Antagonist's plan from taking over the world. The book is told in alternating chapters By skipping from place to place at different times.

VISUALIZE: The Antagonist attacks the store employees for not paying attention. On page 39 It says," They're in the next aisle over by the color-copy paper. The manager said." This describes the store and what he wants and because those are so familiar to me it is easy to picture a scene in a store with aisles where the Antagonist wants a three ring binder.

TEXT TO TEXT: Nerds is like a Spy Ski School. A group of young intelligent kids goes and thwarts a villain's plans. However this book is different because it is not as straightforward. It did not list the villain's name until about 40 pages in.
