The short stories that are actually about the King in Yellow are LONG over we have fully and permanently moved on to a small collection of poems and some (seemingly random) other more romantic short stories from Chambers. I'm still going to finish the whole book because there's only one story left, but I wonder why this was the collection of stories chosen to be published together

really interesting. suspiciously so... (I am getting sucked in to the narrative and various horrors like the characters in this book who I made fun of for getting sucked in and going mad...). my girlfriend asked me today if I would read the play if I could and I honestly can't say the answer is an absolute no. this is not good I fear the king in yellow has his grasp on me NOOOOOOOOOOO HEEEEEELP
