There’s a funny thing in this section where Klein says that funding should be directed at things that the private sector isn’t already doing and then uses Operation Warp Speed as his example, but in the previous and subsequent segments cites vaccine research as an area where the private sector had been trying to innovate but had been stifled by regulation.
